Ah, Two Gun, when a sagacious observer such as yourself can post but a 40%, I must wonder. Even in my miscreant youth, 40% on a test was deemed less than successful at the Charles Gates Dawes Elementary School, where our motto was (really was) Aim High To Reach High.
